Shipping
Products will be dispatched within 3 working days of purchase date (unless otherwise stated). Orders going to Singapore addresses are posted via tracked Singpost Smartpac. International packages will be via Singpost Registered Mail.
Local shipping may take 2 working days to arrive.
International shipping may take 3–14 working days depending on destination.
Please take care to enter your delivery address correctly as I cannot be held responsible for any undelivered parcels or parcels delayed in transit due to incorrect address details being provided.
As I have a very tiny business and not GST/VAT/tax registered, so I can not be responsible for any import charges that you may occur on receipt of your parcel.
For all orders shipping outside of Singapore, the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Please note I am unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery.
Returns
I will try my best to make sure every single customers are happy with their orders! But if an item has been damaged or looking to exchange certain products, please do get in touch, provided it is in the same condition it was supplied in. Full or partial refunds or products are unfortunately not entertained.
Please get in touch within 7 days of your item's delivery - items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items can only be returned if they were purchased from online shop.
Please note, postage can only be refunded if you have received an incorrect item. If you notice that your order is damaged, please contact me within the first few days after receiving the parcel. Thank you :)
